Shipping
All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within 3 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are flat rate meaning that Coloud.com only ads a single shipping fee to your order, regardless of how may products it contains. View the different shipping charges below:

Collecting Orders
All orders are delivered with either Fedex, DHL or Posten.
We deliver worldwide
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.
Exchanges and returns
During the first 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items in the specific order. To receive an refund you must return the item to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Coloud.com will not charge additional shipping on exchanged products. Refunds for returned merchandise will de transferred to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the refunded products arrival to Colouds customer service dept.
How to proceed with an exchange.
You will find a form at the back of your receipt, which has to be filled out. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back.
Enclose the form with your returning items. If you want to make sure the new items are reserved for you in stock, email us at shop@coloud.com with a clear description of the matter. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Remember that items bought on a sale will not be exchanged.
General Terms & Conditions
These terms regulates all users of Coloud.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Coloud.com and visits to Coloud.com. Coloud.com reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping yourself updated with such changes.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Coloud.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
Coloud.com cannot warrant that the content of Coloud.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Coloud.com may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Coloud.com strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through Coloud.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Coloud.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
Coloud.com cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Coloud.com cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
