ONE YEAR LIMITED PREMIUM REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

The headphones we produce are designed to meet and even exceed your expectations. We are dedicated toproviding excellent products that use today’s advanced technology. However, as most people realize, electronicproducts sometimes have technical difficulties, and sometimes it is due to a manufacturing defect. This is why we offer a one (1) year limited Premium replacement warranty, from purchase date, against manufacturer defects oneach headphone.

Zound Industries AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materialsand workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. At the sole option of Zound Industries AB Authorized Dealers it will replace the defective product. The limited Premium replacementwarranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, ispresented with the product to be replaced.

How does it work? If you believe this product is defective within the limited warranty period, carefully repack theunit and return the product to your authorized dealer, with the original proof of purchase. At the sole option ofyour authorized dealer, will replace the product in the case a defect in manufacture or workmanship is identified.In case your authorized dealer does not have the corresponding model or color in stock, Zound Industries AB willpromptly provide a corresponding replacement item at door to your attention.This limited Premium replacement warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, usecontrary to Zound Industries AB instructions, ordinary wear and tear, incorrect connection, an act of God orunauthorized repair. Any lawsuit for breach of this limited warranty shall be commenced, if at all, within one (1)year of the date that the claim accrues.

Other than the limited warranty set forth above, Zound Industries AB expressly disclaims and excludes allwarranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability andfitness for a particular purpose, relating to the use or performance of the product.

Zound Industries AB shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting fromthe use or inability to use this product, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Some states do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation ofincidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty givesyou specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This limited warrantydoes not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws.

This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.


This symbol indicates that this product shall not be treated as household waste. Instead it shall behanded over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.This product was produced after Jan 1 2006.

• Do not drop, sit on, or allow the headphones to beimmersed in water.
• The pads that accompany these headphones maydeteriorate over time. Please make sure to usesuitable pads on the headphones at all times.
